KIDS’ SEMESTER CLASS ENROLLMENT
Enrollment in weekly art classes is continuous throughout the semester (16 weeks). Tuition payments are automatically debited from your checking account or credit card on the 1st of the month. Semesters run from January-May, and August-December.

RESCHEDULING
WEEKLY CLASSES, CAMPS, & WORKSHOPS
If you cannot attend for any reason, you must email or call and leave a message if there is no answer. This must be done at least 24 hours before the class time to cancel or reschedule; otherwise no credit will be refunded. If The Purple Penguin Art Company has to close unexpectedly or your instructor cannot make the class, we will contact you to reschedule your class.
NO credits, transfers, or refunds issued for no-call/no-show absences.
On the day of the event, the remaining balance for those additional participants who attend must be paid in full.
CANCELLATIONS.
If the party is cancelled before one week prior to the event, a full refund will be given to the party host. If the party is canceled within the week prior to the event, a full studio credit will be assigned to the party host. If party is canceled on the day of the event, no refund or credit will be given.

- Monthly autopay- fees are equal payments of the tuition based on 16 classes per semester and not for a specific amount of classes per month.
- Paid in Full-receive a small discount as an incentive for paying for the entire semester at once.

- WHEEL-THROWING POTTERY-There is a $5 non-refundable transaction fee for cancelled clay classes due to the high demand for this class.
- BUY ONE GET ONE 1/2 OFF PAINT YOUR OWN POTTERY- 6pm-7:00pm on Friday nights only. Lower priced item will be discounted.
